This includes: 1 Body scan 3 x Meditation scripts. Meditations are beneficial to children as it improves their ability to focus and regroup. They are great for helping children manage anxieties and practice mindfulness. I have used these meditations many times in whole class settings as well as small groups and children really enjoy them. They are also a great way to calm children down after lunchtime, after a P.E lesson or as a way to begin the day.
